Sometimes a modular building or portable building is called "a portacabin" by the public, however this in incorrect and in fact is an infringement of Trademark. If you would like to sell a Modular Building or Portable Cabin / Jack Leg Cabin on our web site you must not call it 'a Portakabin or Portacabin' unless it is made by Portakabin Ltd. Please describe this type of building as a Modular Building, Jack Leg Building, Portable Cabin or Portable Building or use its last use e.g. Portable office Modular Classroom, Canteen Unit, Toilet Block etc......
