We will buy your building from you, and pay you in advance of the building being removed from site. We will visit your building, and make you a formal offer in writing, we will then incur the costs for the modular or portable building being removed from site.

Option 2:

Market conditions dictate a buildings value and in these hard times you may not get the offer you expect. If we don't have find the removal costs, the storage costs and the price of the building, and you are not under pressure to remove the building we have a solution. Here at Cabinlocator we give companies the ability to advertise their portable or modular buildings to a very specific audience. we simply charge a commission for this service, and when the exchange has taken place and we organise the removal from site and installation at the new site.

Also we offer a full installation, upgrade and refurbishment service for anyone who requires a building to be relocated or altered.
